CANCELLATION OF ORDER

1.Sapphire reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. Orders may also be cancelled by the Company in any of the following cases:

• If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction; or
• If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement; or
• In case of unavailability of product(s); or
• For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

2. A user may cancel an order placed by them only if the order has not been processed by us. For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately.

3. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
